Booking Notes:

The cottage in Northumbria is available to rent on a weekly basis all year round. Short breaks may also be available, particularly off peak, please enquire.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure the booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your holiday
